What ER Blood does
ER Blood publishes fields for an administrative exception log and guides for clinics and laboratories that book appointments and deliver results.
ER Blood is not a medical or emergency service. Clinical decisions stay with the provider.
What we keep
What ER Blood keeps about people, why, for how long and how to have it deleted is in the privacy notice at erblood.com/privacy. These terms add nothing to it.
Through an assistant
An assistant you use can ask for notes by email for you, through our connector. It can also read the complete free public output.
An address it gives is added only when the link we send to that address is opened.
What we keep of a request made that way is in the privacy notice.
The company that makes the assistant handles your conversation under its own terms. They are not ours.
